Chemistry can lie because intensity is not the same thing as clarity and attraction is not the same thing as discernment.
Chemistry matters. It just does not settle the case.
A person can feel immediate pull and still be misreading character, timing, or direction.
The stronger the pull, the more important it becomes to ask what has actually been seen and what has merely been felt.
