Relief Can Lie to You

Interpretation Model Dimension

Relief can lie because the nervous system may register the ending of pressure as correctness even when the act was evasive, lesser, or misaligned.

Relief is powerful. It often feels like answer, freedom, and peace.

But pressure can decrease for bad reasons. A person can evade truth and feel better immediately. That does not make the evasion wise.

Relief should be examined, not worshiped.
